Question for everyone: which is better for doing it right the first time - cc plates or gt500 strut mounts with camber bolts?

Sir...might I suggest frpp k springs? I love mine. Aggressive stance, with handling to boot. Delicious.

Fantastic M4a1. I also like your choice on going with Michelin Pilot SuperSports.
I bet they totally transformed your car, in an absolute positive way, of course.

Thank you for sharing.--------Bill

They did. The car was amazing on The Dragon earlier this year.

It gets low when it's at work.

I was there for the big "ZDayZ" event with my Z owner's club so that explains all the decals.

Nice Steve. I see you're at it again at the dragon. I love it.

Question for M4a1mustang
With the drop in springs, did you have to do any other modifications to off set the drop? Like an Adj panhard bar, LCA's or UCA's and if not are you noticing any issues with NVH or?
I am considering dropping my 13 Vert, but I don't want to open a can of worms chasing down problems that result from a drop.
BTW, I live near the Dragon and have driven it twice, very cool and your car looks great.

Keep in mind here guys...the spring brand and drop is important, but when it comes to stance it is important to mention your tire size! The outside diameter effects the fender gap/ground height just as much.

Heres mine on Tokico D-specs with 1.4"/1.5" tokico drop .... tires are 255-40 & 285-35 19's.

Stanglife... please tell me where you got that 5.0 emblem replacement for your faux gas cap? I've been searching hi and low for that I've been wanting to change out my "GT" cap for that. Thanks man. Your car looks amazing.

Here you go: http://www.emblempros.com/inc/sdetail/16286 I'll be getting one as well. My '13 is performance white and I have black 5.0s on the sides, so I'm going to get a black 5.0 for the back and then paint the circular surround white so I can have the black 5.0 on white all around.

It's a good idea to replace the dampers and upper strut mounts while you've got the springs out. The stock dampers are junk as are the stock strut mounts. Aftermarket mounts like Steeda's C/C plates will give you a robust mount for the strut as well as camber/caster adjustment.

You'll probably need an adjustable panhard bar to re-center the rear axle on the body as well. There is no need to replace any of the rear control arms unless you want to.

With any aftermarket suspension parts using stiffer bushings there is always a chance you'll increase NVH.
