Paddle shifters

http://www.ebay.com/itm/221403524077...84.m1423.l2649

Saw these in another post. I really like the idea of these, but don't like the snap on look.

Has anyone installed these? Are there kits from other manufacturers?

I saw that Hurst does paddle shift kits, but not for Mustang.

I looked at those and they have an install video on youtube. I might do this mod next spring since I hate the button on the shifter. Curious if they add any delay to the gear change.

I like the select shift also, but not the button on the shifter.

Since the paddles are really just buttons like on the shifter, then I would think paddles from other models could be adapted?

I just don't like the snap on look.

I know when I owned my G8, several adopted the camaro paddle shifters to the G8 steering wheel. A small area on each side of the back of the steering wheel had to be notched out to fit the paddles into it.
I think adding paddles from the SHO would be possible and the install video helps with what wires to tap into.
