I'm now undecided on What speed shop to go too. A good friend referred me to thunder racing and told me not to go to Stang hi. So at the moment guess I need to research both shops before making a decision.

Have the axlebacks on in a few days will install the boss mani, JLT cai and tune. Friend of mine showed me his dyno sheets with the exact same set up he is putti g down 425 whp and 390 wtrq. That's pretty good being he is running a canned tune. Once he gets a custom dyno tune he should be able to put a lil more to the wheels.

Will be doing the headers and o/r xpipe around november some time. Once all the work is done I have decided to go to stanghi for my custom dyno tune. Everyone has been telli g me that they do top quality work just service is not so great. But I'll wait if the do good work.

Thoughs numbers are very low u are the first person I see with numbers that low. Where do u live I know the higher altitude the less power ur engine will be able to make. Generally about 8 to 10 hp per 1000ft.

Houston... Granted it was 95 degrees outside and dyno's vary alot. The hp #s are right where I expected but the torque loss was greater than I anticipated. Plz post some #'s when you get dyno'ed...

Is the xpipe catted or o/r and are the atak mufflers a chambered or blow through? As the difference in exhaust restriction will effect horsepower. And he has LT's there might be little differences but u can get a idea of where u would be. He also has o/r xpipe , but he has the magflo axlebacks which I think are cambered. I'm still trying to get in touch with him so once I have the dyno sheet will post for u.

Xpipe is catted... My next mod is ARH 1 7/8" LTs w/ catless xpipe so that should open it up a little. Wish I had a stock dyno on my car so I could make accurate comparisons. BTW your black out parts look awesome on the grabber blue

Thanks! He said he is going to send me his dyno sheets will post when I receive them. He has the dyno sheet with all the mods minus the dyno tune. He said he didn't get a copy of the one after the dyno tune, but told me after the tune he put down 476 max whp and somthing like 430 on torque. When I post will ha e what mods are installed

He sent me a close up of all three results the first is with just CAI and axlebacks with bama tune, the second is with LT's and o/r xpipe added and bama tune, the third is with boss 302 and all mods with bama tune. After he had it dyno tuned at Stang hi he said he put down 476 whp and somewhere in the 400's with the torque I can't remember but he said he will send me the curve sheet later he is at cruzin the coast. Don't know if u know what that is but it's a BIG car show / street and drag event down south every year. It's a big party i wish me and the ole lady could have gone but I have to work. Sometime next week will be doing my boss install will keep u up dated. If any question pm me.

Looks right in line with what I'm expecting from LTs and O/R x-pipe. I thought you were saying his torque was 400+

The 400+ torque is after the dyno tune and those results are not posted. The 453whp and 364 wtrq is with a bama canned tune.
