Based on recent article in 5.0 Magazine, i'm thinking i might try one of these before i get the Boss Intake...just curious if anyone else has bolted one on yet. $400 for 10 hp seems kinda steep but would love to hear opinions.

I think with a BOSS manifold and JLT intake, adding the L&M throttle body will probably see some vicious gains. Someone with the above two mods, please go for it!

 

On NA cars the TB is just not a restriction. Boss manifold, full exhaust, yeah maybe your pushing a bit more air through with an aftermarket TB. But CAI and manifold are going to be the bulk of your gains. I wouldn't waste a dime here...

Seriously, I want one. For the price, I still don't think it will be worth it in my set up. But it looks so **** good!

 

The results of rhe magazine tests were confusing, found ir hard to interpret the graphs, even under a microopscope with lots of lighting.

My question (to those who are trolling trough the posts at this time) is: What kind of power increase on the dyno are we lookng at with just the the bigger throttle body and an Airad CAI with q good Bame tune with an a hand-held SCT programmer.

My car is pretty fast as it stands right now, don't want to make unnessisary additions that will reduce my low-end punch.
