Anyone else here who put their names down for the new MGW shifters? I thought they were supposed to call us this week to obtain payment info and shipping info? I haven't heard boo

Did you call MGW? They are pretty easy to talk to and they usually don't try and BS anyone.

 

They're waiting on the new dust boots before they ship. George at MGW said they should have the boots by Wednesday so I'd assume they'll ship after they arrive.

 

Ha I've been waiting four months.......

 

MGW is a small company. So I'm sure it would take them a little longer to develop and test their new products. It will be worth the wait guys. They always do a better job than everyone else.

 

I just got a call earlier today from MGW informing me that they are ready to ship. I don't think that I am going to order mine till spring though. No point in putting a new shifter in if I can't even enjoy it.

 

I got a call too! I think I am ordering the heat shield too. Also ordered the MGW ****.

I will still get to enjoy installing it before winter, and maybe enjoy 1 to 2 weeks of driving it. That's reason enough for me to get it. I literally sit in garage some times in winter, just sitting in my car

 

MGW called me today. I got the heat shield. They said I should receive the shifter in 10 days.

 

Yeah Julie said they don't ship till next week.

Am contemplating the heat shield.

Did you get the MGW shift **** too? I can't find a pic on their site... supposed to be a simple black ball, with white gates, then MGW on side. Was 35 bucks on phone.

 

I did not get their shift ****, plan to use my original, it is the black ball with the shift pattern

 

Got the call yesterday, as well. Didn't get the **** or heat shield... may pick up shield later after I confirm that there will be no fitment issue with the already installed FRPP Boss 302 Transmission Cooling Scoop. I can't wait to throw this beauty on!

This is the **** I am using from them. I love it.

 

I hope they release the rally series shift ***** for the 2011+ shifters. They look so sick.

 

How did you get the black one? It's not even on their site yet... lol. Do you like the black one over the white one? When I talked to Julie, she said the only option was black. Is there a way to get the white ***** pictured on the SVT performance review pic? I wonder which looks better.... what you guys think.

 

That pic isn't from my car. It's from a guy's on another forum. From what I've read, both white and black shift ***** are available and also their composite race *****. I'd call MGW again.

 

OMG after reading the SVTP review I HAVE TO GET THIS!!! Man this thing is sexy!!!!
