Koni Yellows

Koni Yellows
What settings do those of you that have/had Konis run them on (street, strip, and track)? Mine will make 2.5 complete turns (900 degrees total).
I installed a set today along with a set of Steeda Sport springs and have no idea where to start as far as shock adjustment goes. Car looks great on the Steeda Sports though. Haven't tested out the ride yet cause it took a 6-pack to do the job.

I haven't driven the S197 with the yellows, but I am assuming they are similar to the SN95. For the street run them as firm as you can stand it with the car handling the way you like. You can start full soft & build from there.
My SN95 was a full track car, AS sedan. I will tell you this, for the track the rear is very sensitive to adjustment. At full firm the car had a lot of entry oversteer, as I prefer a slightly tight car entering & loose coming off. I found about 1/2 worked well in the rear & 3/4 in the front for road course.
Hope this helps.

I generally run my fronts 1.5 turns from full soft and the rears at about 1 full turn from full soft. I can crank the fronts to full hard for super twisty roads and be comfortable. Running the rears at full hard will shake the fillings out of your teeth.

I've ordered a set of the yellows also and plan on getting the steeda sports and steeda strut mounts from sam in a month or two whenever the car is built.
If I never plan on tracking the car would simply setting everything on full soft be the best choice? Mostly interstate and highway driving.

Daily Driving: 1/2 turn up from full soft front and rear
Road Course: 1.5 turns up from full soft in front, 1.75 turns up from full soft in rear
This is with Eibach pro-kit springs/swaybars/bushings.
PS--hello Hank!

Thanks for the tips. After putting a few miles on it I think I will settle in somewhere between .5 to .75 turns from full soft on both the front and rears. Maybe 2/3's of a turn on both? I can't believe what a difference 1/4 of a turn makes.
After putting some real struts/shocks and springs on this car I'd say the stockers sucked way worse than I thought. Looks badass compared to the 4x4 stock stance, too.

Ah awesome. I'll have to catch up with you sometime to see how a sorted out car feels. I'm still very much learning this platform.
Sucks about PIR, I'll be *****ing about that wherever I go, lol.
