Sounds good. Very similar to mine.

 

I also run outlaws on mine. I get nothing but compliments on the sound. My exhaust is stock, otherwise.

 

I have them on my 13 GT as well. I get alot of compliments as to how "mean" my car sounds. I like them. My neighbors at 4AM when I start the car to go to work, NOT SO MUCH

 

Any droning, city & highway speeds? Like that deep humming tuba-like sound??

 

Ooh yes. But, I figure that it just kinda comes with the territory. For all intent and purposes, these are not mufflers but just resonators.

 

Drone sucks, that's why I have Corsa's.

 

GT 500 Axlebacks, no Drone! But you know it when you put the spurs to it.

 

I completely agree. I got a deal on my Outlaws but one day I want to upgrade to Borlas or Corsas.

 

I have some of the Flowmaster American thunder axle backs...They drone so bad sometimes that I have to adjust the throttle to avoid my ears ringing...

I hope to ditch these and get the GT500 axle backs...

 

After being on a road trip for most of the day, I can safely say that once you're at a cruising speed that puts you at around 2,300 RPM's, the drone from the Outlaws is hardly noticeable. I hear the whine from my 3.90 gear over my exhaust by like, a lot. On another positive note, I executed a down shift on the interstate to pass some doucher in a van that was pissing me off. The exhaust note gave me a...well, you know.
