JBA Axelbacks Installed
This is My Review :
Well the exhaust journey still goes on , although i loved my FRPP sports and i thought they were the best sounding axelback ive had to date they were a tad loud with the O/R X-pipe even after i put the resonators back in and my wife let me know it every day so i decided to give these a try(would still have the sports if it were not for compromise). 1st off JBA puts extremely long tips on these things i felt like i had a jet pack installed on the back of my car. matter of a fact they were so horrendously long and stuck out so much i couldn't bring my self to take a pic and share because i wanted to erase the memory of that site out of my head forever . That was the bad, so immediately got up this morning and went to the nearest exhaust shop and had them fix it.
Now that i have my sanity back the mufflers actually sound very good. They could be compared to the GT 500 as far as sound at idle and part throttle and when you open them up they sound like the Kooks /Steeda Axelbacks maybe a tad deeper than them. These are very tame and if you are adding an Off road X or H and want the sound to be not that loud then these will do the job. They are probably quieter than the GT 500 and maybe a lil deeper at Idle and part throttle but will scream a lil at WOT. Zero drone at any RPM also. Any how here's axelback #5 for me and heres a quick Video:
