I love getting emails like this

Finally got around to getting a CAI. Tomorrow thru Thursday will be seeing some great weather so those days are blocked off for a major detailing. Hope to install the CAI on Thursday when it's supposed to rain.

Very nice. Which brand of CAI? Are you getting a tune with it? Please post photos after your install.

Went with Airaid. For now it'll be w/o a tune....cosmetic only. I'm a poser I guess. But I can convert it with an adapter at a later date.

Poser would be putting a snake emblem on your GT. Switching the stock air box to a cone CAI is personal preference. IMHO. Enjoy!

Do love getting those delivery notices... except the ones that say "we missed you, schedule a re-delivery"

Indeed. Installed my Stow-Away license plate bracket today.

I'm giving some thought to removing my stripes completely. Not sure yet. I like the Saleen fender hash stripes, especially the S550 style, along with Powered By Ford badging.

If I do the fender stripes, I'd probably have to have then custom made...the solid section would be charcoal grey, the 302 portion in silver.

We'll see.

Thanks Tony. I'm in no rush to decide. Just pondering the situation. I already have the chrome Ford emblems though....just in case. Picked them up last year at an SAAC show.
