And where would that be?

I haven't found anyone who's going to have them 'til around mid-August.

Steeda, JHR, and Barton are cheaper. What does this one offer that those dont?

This reduces throw by 27%, didn't I read somewhere that reducing the throw by that much is actually shifting the MT82 too fast and is not recommended? Maybe Ill look for where I actually read that...

I read the exact same thing in the MGW shifter thread. The manufacturer posting about what he was seeing during development of the shifter.

How much does the Barton reduce throw by? (if any)

I ask because I test drove a 2011 CS with a Barton shifter and bracket and it was nice, and very short. I didn't notice any increase in NVH, although I did have the windows down.

Not to undercut you but the JHR bracket is almost identical to the Steeda and its $49.99 on the JHR site. Just sayin!

UPR has the shifter and bracket, same as the JHR and LRS shifter for $179.95 for the combo.

No problemo my friend. Just sayin' that IF you change out the shifter, ya NEED the (a) bracket. Remember the OEM is only made of sheet metal and with a rubber bushing. For any newbie modifier's looking in here, the stress on the MT82 is severe when ya change out the shift throw.

Most definitely! My plan is the JHR bracket, Steeda shifter (if I dont like the feel), JHR clutch line (very important) and MTL Redline Fluid. That should smooth my 1 - 2 transisition out just fine!

I've also heard this clutch line thing, does it change the pedal feel? Or just make the clutch disengagment more positive?

One person who installed it and reviewed it said it did change the pedal feel. He said it the clutch would release futher away from the floor. I noticed when i test drove a GT500 that the clutch on that car released alot further from the floor than mine does. Mine releases just a few inches from teh floor. Which means that my clutch pedal has alot of travel to engage. The line is reported to reduce restriction at the fitting. Plus the line is braided stainless versus a poly line that could flex or stretch. The fittings are what really differentiates the JHR line from the stock line. There is a thread on allfordmustangs.com about it.
