My first two ideas are a short throw shifter (seems like mgw is the favorite for most) and the gt500 axle back.
Does the mgw utilize the reverse lockout like stock or an led like the Barton? And anyone happy with the gt 500 axle back? I know there's now performance gains, but I've heard it in person and that's what a mustang should sound like. Where's the best place to purchase both?

Yes, gt 500 axle backs + resonator delete is awesome!! I believe the mgw uses the same lockout as stock.

What benefit does the resonator delete provide?

Deeper sound with no drone at 60, the gt 500s alone a still a bit quiet.

What's involved in removing the resonators?

Recommendation for the Borla S-type exhaust; first mod I made and I love the sound it makes.

FRPP is not a OEM tune. Ford seems to think that a tune means you beat on your car.

I think FRPP warranties their tune if it is "installed by a dealer".... too bad there's no smiley for jerking off. Give me a break

That would be "blow-by". As in any unburned fuel or exhaust vapors that blows by the rings and mixes with the crankcase oil vapors.

I applied a highly scientific approach to research this topic. Race red is the fastest. My experiment involved a magic 8 ball, a trampoline, and a case of beer.
