Just filled up my tank and pulled away and the engine light came on. I hooked my tuner on it and it said #6 cylinder issue. I am running on stock tune and it a 2011 Gt. Could it be plugs I have 57,000 miles on it. Any help could greatly be appreciated.

It was just a bad plug. Got all the plugs replaced. I thought the stock plugs would be good for more than 57k miles.
