It happened not far from my house and barely made it home. Car has the jlt intake and a tune and when I reconnected and tightened it up it's still not running perfect. Do I have to reload the tune?

 

Check for vacuum leaks...also make sure you clean the inside on the rubber on the coupling part of the air filter...it has oil on it and can cause the filter to slide off. I would also reflash the car as well once everything is back on correctly.
