Does anyone have this hood, I really like it, but the price is a bit steep when ordered pre painted with black louvers (about $1070 with Red Candy paint and Matte black louvers)

Any reviews, and things to watch out for during install, If any?

 

I have the hood ordered mine in race red fits good looks great tons of compliments on it really happy with it box had a hole in it hood had some scuff I think will buff out the black inserts one wasn't black all the way and one corner had a crack cervini customer has been out standing in getting things fixed

how'd you manage to get it pre-painted? that hood might look all sorts of awesome w/ my stripes, though my heart has been set on the super snake hood.

Yeah, if I do order it, I'll probably order it unpainted with the black vents, and have it painted just before install.

I notice you don't have hood pins. That was the one thing holding me back was I kept reading you needed them. Is that just the company protecting itself and they're optional?

 

Olds442 had good things to say about his prepainted Cervini hood. No issues with paint or fit, and very well packaged for safe shipping.

 

I've browsed around a number of forums looking for feedback on the Stalker hood. I have yet to see anyone who found the paint not to be a dead spot on match to the factory color.

I have seen a couple of people who note the box was damaged in transit, however. Seems Cervini always makes good on things though...

That does, I can barely notice the rise from the scoop, this hood is exactly what I want, and looks great both outside and inside the car.
