Steve aka Modshack just installed his Bassani yesterday and reported back saying no drone at all.
So Bassani would be one of the cie that got rid of the drone. Mine are on the way.

 

I beg to differ on the no drone. Because at 80 MPH in 6th gear it hurts my ears from 1800 to 2100RPM Killer drone. This is on the 2 3/4 " axle back. My full 3" Bassani cat back should be here next week and I will report on that. So there def is drone I have not had to much seat time with it on yet tho. So next time I am out I will note when drone happens and report back. I will also get some videos of it to .

Do not get me wrong tho I LOVE this exhaust!!! It is very deep and not raspy

 

Thats an outrageous price. I just bought the magnaflow competition catback and xpipe for $950

 

Just for clarification, you only have the axle backs on at this time or you are experiencing drone with the the full aft-cat with crossover? Also, what gear ratio does your car have?

 

Those are the EXACT conditions I cruise in on my commute. Bassani is out for me then...

 

I have 3:31 gears. And yes this is only with the 2 3/4" axle back right now. The full 3" system should be here this week.

Well my attempt at getting video kinda failed. Since I have removed my rear seat it is so dam noisy with it out. I can hear fuel sloshing around road noise wind and lots of stuff. So it actually over powers the drone. But it happens from 1800-2100rpm only under acceleration. But if it is steady throttle it is fine. Next Wednesday I should have my rear seat delete in and will try and get some better videos. When I get back to my office I will post videos if they are worthy to post not sure how it sounds on the camera function of the iPhone.

No I don't, but I've heard it in person and really liked it. It was one of the few that didn't pop on decel too, which I liked.
