BBK 1 7/8 Longtube Headers
Does anyone have these bbk Longtube headers? Are they any good as they seem to be considerably less expensive than the Kooks.
Also what is actually involved with installing headers?
A lot of reviews on various brands seem to say the install involved removing various components.

BBK are mild steel, so corrosion is a possibility. That's why they're cheaper. Installing headers is a huge PITA on these cars, unless you are a really capable gear head you should probably find a shop IMO.

I have a v6 and if Kooks were offered, I would have gone with them. You get what you pay for. Here are my BBK Ceramic coated long tube headers on my v6

. I don't drive my Mustang in snow but we don't get very much in Tennessee. I agree with you, I think they will burn through in a couple years
