I called bama and all they said before I can even say anything it's not them can't be has to be the car but it never happen before I out in bama tune so I am going to switch to a lund tune not really happy with the way bama responded.

there's a foot of snow on the ground. It's January and I just missed three weeks of pay being on vacation. Last thing in my budget is a wind deflector. so i can't even take your "discount"

Agreed that Dan and Shane were making unprecedented offers. The point is however that THEY offered those things. No one asked for a wedding gift.
They saw it fit to offer a wedding gift not because it's common practice but bc Diva had already expressed dissatisfaction with Bama. So they offered a refund and took the extra step to gain good will.
Diva then hinted that she and her wife would love a wind screen.
If they truly wanted to make amends and planned on going above and beyond, they should have made the "wedding gift" a wind screen instead. I feel they ignored this and sent some sweatshirts instead bc they are simple and cheap (albeit cool, but come on). IMO this somewhat discredits the generosity they APPEARED to have.
