91 to 93 Tune?

Anyone here switch from a 91 to a 93 performance tune and did you notice much difference?

Just curious,....why wouldn't you do the 93 octane to begin as opposed to the 91 octane?
Reason I ask is, why throw money away and throw more tunes/information at your car that doesn't need to be there. Not being facetious, just curious.

If I was was to go on a road trip I would feel better running 91 tune just in case I can't find 93.

Exact reason i have used both. on a long road trip i couldn't find anything above 91 octane. I had run the 91 performance tune and when i switched back to the 93 tune and 94 octane fuel i notice a noticeable difference when i got back on home turf.

Okay, that makes sense now.

As long as you don't push the car hard, you can run a 93 tune with 91 octane for short periods.
