Well, owing to the fact that the motor and ECM/harness to run it would cost three times or more than the car is worth, I don't see any "Kits" being made for it.
There have been many individuals that have dropped lots of different mod motors in a fox body so someone may do it some day, someone with more money than sense probably...

Rumor is that there will be a kit available offering the 5.0L & a standalone ECM from FRPP just like they do now for the 350hp Hot Rod 4.6L.
A POS fox Mustang roller will bring $500-$600, a real nice roller that doesn't need anything except a motor and tranny will bring $2000. I would bet a 5.0 Coyote crate motor will be $8K by itself, probably $1500 for the ECM/harness kit, then you add a tranny setup to that and you would be in the $12K range.
Lot of money to sink into one just for bragging rights. Lots easier and cheaper to build a killer 5.0 windsor motor.

That may be but it will still cost 3-4 times or more than what a nice engineless fox body would be worth.

There are quite a few 2V, 3V & 4V 4.6L motors running around in fox bodies, I'm sure those are 10k-15k builds, no one calls them silly. One could ask the question as to why would you S/C'd a 3.8L when for the cost you could have bought a 4.6 GT? But I'm sure for you it was the challenge and excitement in having something different.
In the end...To each their own.

isn't the 5.0 supposed to be dimensionally smaller than the 4.6L mod motor? you can even squeeze a 4.6into a II, i have no doubt that a 5.0 --> fox swap will be relatively simple.
and its not just about the power. its about keeping an old car at the top of the line. putting a brand new high tech motor into a classic (i see foxes as classic enough, even if they are still mostly at the bottom of the depreciation barrel)? its one of the coolest thigns around. people have already done it swapping efi foxes and 4.6s into older cars, why not into what we were once taking motors out of for our even older cars?

I'm sure it will be done just to say we were the first to fit a coyote 5.0 in a fox. There are kits to drop a 351 in and that would be much cheaper and have more displacement.

I'm sure someone will do this swap soon after the motors become available but I wouldn't be the one to even consider it.

I have less than $1500 in my complete supercharger setup, that and the cost of the car is still less than what a similar quality same year GT would have cost.
