3:15 lsd upgrade

I have a 14 mustang gt convertible and from the door sill it has the 3:15 Limited Slip Differential, i thought about swapping the gears out for 3:73's but was told it might be too radical of an upgrade for a daily driver
i also wanted to know it it was possible to swap the LSD for a torsen differential while i had it apart i can order the parts just not sure the axle housing is the same, i guess with COVID-19 i have plenty of time for updates to my car as self-isolation is starting to get the better of me
i am also looking at adding navigation, remote start, changing the spark plugs, brakes, and cat-back exhaust.. if i can i will pick up all the parts and drop it off at a shop with a hoist as car ramps won't cut it...also looking for a convertible top boot for the car as well but 800 seemed a little steep from the dealership

Auto or manual transmission? I've read that the 6 speed auto is not a good match for 3.73's.

it has the automatic in it... just seems the 3:15 are a little lacking but i guess they are ok for running around in the city, but i am looking to have a little more fun with my car this year last year after i bought it i injured my knee so it got sidelined now i am stuck at home, "THINKING" possible upgrades for the car 1st and foremost it is getting a Flowmaster Outlaw cat-back exhaust system next week that should wake the neighbors, not that i am that guy but hey i didn't buy the car to be quiet.

Right now the car sits stock as far as i know the way it was originally purchased but you never really can tell unless you meet the original buyer

Do you currently, or do you have plans, to road-track the car? If not then I don't think there is any benefit to the Torsen differential; unless you have some extra money you want to get rid of.

I think 3.31 or 3.55 is probably a better match for the automatic . . . or just use "sport" mode so it holds a lower gear longer

i am not sure what i want to do with the car yet i have even thought about selling it and putting the money in the bank i have put 800KM or roughly 500 miles on it since june 2019 as right after i bought it i tore my knee and was sidelined from driving it my doctor told me to sell it and buy something a little bigger.
money is running thin i want to do some upgrades to the car but only if i keep it so there has been alot of times i just think.
i do have a second car so this one is kind of the toy that got bought and paid for and never gets played with.

If money is running thin, then save your money and don't spend it. Wait until you have some saved up and a good buffer for life's ills before you spend on mods.
