You will see a very nice increase in HP if that is your ultimate goal. Check out the Steeda Power Pak that has seen increases of over 50HP on a stock exhaust.

This kit will really wake up your car in regards to sound and power.

We are going to be wrapping up the cam tune and the auto tune on the 2013's shortly.

Let me know if you have any questions or if I can provide you any additional support?

Best Regards,

TJ

We are already currently offering a cam idle tune for the manual 2013 GTs.

Shoot me a PM if I can help with that.

You will maybe gain 5 hp with throttle body, and the Boss intake will be great if you are driving above 6500 rpm's but you will lose low end torque.

According to Steeda's Dyno graph, the Tq down low is actually a decent gain from 2200 to 3300 RPM. Then slightly drops below before going back above.

It looks to me the boss intake is worth the swap.

That package is nothing more than the Boss intake with the Steeda CAI/Tune. There are lots of guys running a Steeda CAI/Tune and I have not heard of one complaint from anyone. With the Boss intake you have to be willing to shift around 7700 rpms to see the benefit of it. Are you willing to do that?

Well, if that's true I'm for sure not going with the Boss intake (which I was about to order). Now I'm hearing the CAI's are having a water problem from the 13 hood vents. I'm starting to get confused. I'm thinking maybe just a tune & Roush axel backs ?? My car will be a 13Gt stick with 3:73's. Scott

The water issue has not been an issue for me. I personally think its being blown out of proportion. What's funny is that on the other side of engine bay the drops of water hit the fuse/relay box I'm sure ford knew that the amount of water entering through the hood vents would be minimal at most.

I can't speak on the 13's and the hood vent issue. Honestly as far as a CAI goes you won't do better than the stock setup. And who's Scott?

We have tested and tested this theory of water getting into the CAI and it just simply isn't true ... Dario Orlando has a 2013 DD that has a Steeda CAI on it, and we have not had any issues with rain, puddles, car washed, etc. We even did a test where we ran water over the head and there was no sign of water causing damage to the CAI.

Trust me when I say this would be a glaring issue this far in the game if water was causing harm to Steeda CAI's.

Here is the dyno sheet that you have requested:
