I race in my GTO all the time, but haven't got a chance to take my Mustang out on the track yet. My 04 GTO ran a 7.30@95mph. I would assume my mustang should run around 9.0-9.3 but I'm stock with 5speed and axle backs

I ran 7.96 @ 89 mph , stock except drag radials

 

I haven't run my '11 5.0L yet, but your times are right in there with my Vortech supercharged '07 GT which ran a best of 7.50 @ 91.83 with a 1.67 60 ft. (1/4 mile was 11.79 @ 114).

I'll be running my '11 5.0L this season at our 2 local dragstrips. BFG drag radials, SCT tune, 3.73 gears, FRPP axlebacks. I expect low 12's @ 113 in the 1/4 mile the way it sits, but I'll have to back that up with timeslips once the track opens up.

A friend of mine has an '11 5.0L automatic with drag radials, SCT tune, axlebacks, and 1-pc driveshaft. All else is factory stock. She runs very consistent 12.20's @ 113 in the 1/4 mile. You can watch her '11 vs my '07 by clicking here.

 

What was her 1/8th and 60ft

 

7.86 @ 91.59 with a 1.85 60 foot. Mods are AED tune, Pypes After cat X pipe, resonator delete, Roush AB. This is a 3.31 Brembo car with 26 inch M&H Racemasters.

Great times btw! My last car ran a 8.00 @ 91 mph 1.9 60'. 2006 z4m with mods

 

I don't think Irwindale will be closed for long...

I raced my 07 Shelby GT500 there and got a personal best of 7.0 @ 102 mph with a 1.52 60 ft.

 

1.899 60' and 7.957 @ 89.62 in the 1/8 mile. My '07 is the left lane and her '11 GT is the right lane on the time slip here.

 

7.65 @ 90.91 last night.

 

She must of been asleep or your 07 is no way near stock

My 07 had a Vortech V2 supercharger, 4800 rpm stall converter, and 4.10 gears. Both cars had drag radials. My Vortech made 6 psi boost off the line and 11 psi boost by redline. My friend's nearly stock '11 was trapping 113+, just like my '07, so the new 5.0's are very impressive! Can't wait to get my '11 5.0L to the track next month!
