19 inch wheel question

Hey guys I need opinions on 2 types of wheels. Machined GT 500 wheel from American Muscle or Boss 302 Laguna Seca wheel from LRS. I have narrowed my selection to those 2. I will be buying them staggered and will be installed on a black stang. Opinions greatly appreciated!

I take it your going for the silver and black look on the wheels?

Either set would look awesome. I think the Boss LS wheels would be the better choice but the GT500's are gonna be cheaper and still look good.

Hytek,

I was originally going to go all black but its not my taste. Chrome is out of the question. These 2 sets of wheels are silver and black and I believe the would complement the black car pretty good

Either one would look good. But if I may make a suggestion. These would look hot on a black stang.

http://www.cruizinconceptswholesale....HEEL20X10BLACK

Plus the price is great and tires are the same if not cheaper than 19's.

****, those are nice! Had not thought about 20 inch wheels. I always thought the more meat the better. 19 inch wheels and tires are expensive for sure. Hell, even 18s crossed my mind a while back. Better prices and selection

Lol now your all mixed up again..gotta love wheel shopping! I'm getting a set of those in matte black in the next couple months. 20x8 / 20x10's rear. Tires for 20" can be had pretty cheap now.

Yeah, Im all mixed up again! Wonder how the ride is with 20s? Wonder if those 20s tuck inside the fender on the back?

The ride will be the same. I assume you'll go with a 255/35 front and 275-285/35 rear on the 19's. You can go the same on the 20", so same amount of sidewall. As for tucking up in the rear, you'll be fine depending how wide of a tire you go. To give you an idea, I'll go with a 315 in the rear when I get mine.

I want the most sidewall possible on the 20s if I decide to go with that size. Cruizin concepts has good prices on wheels and tires. I did not see 315s on their site. I think 275 was the widest. For the front would you go 235 or 245 on 8 1/2 wide?

I would go 255 front. They have up to 315, but it's not listed separately, it's usually with the Nitto NT05 tire package. On the back I would go 275 at the smallest on a 10". I'm ordering just wheels from them because I want Continental DWS's for all season use. They mostly carry summer tires on their site. Those wheels are brand new in that size, I would call them and see what type of combo package they can do for you. Don't forget tpms too.

Man o man hytek, I guess I am back to square one. Will the 315 tuck in? I wish I could see a pic of those wheels on a car

There's plenty room for 315's back there.

I know I've seen a couple guys with 315s out back on here somewhere but I can't remember for the life of me who it was. I tell you what though, they look meaty as hell out back.
