Thanks! My first preference would have been the Brembo wheels, but this was a CPO car, and I really like these.

First impressions: love this car! The seats are incredibly supportive and comfortable, the power is unbelievable, and I'm pleased so far with the Sync system. The stereo is pretty crappy....I've never heard a car with so much forward bias to the sound. Might as well not even have rear speakers. I might add the Kicker BassStation to give it some punch.

Lol it's SUPPOSED to have forward bias. You're not driving a night club. When you go to a concert, where they play actual music, where does the sound come from? In front of you!

Very nice, congrats on the purchase and what a great color choice….SGM sparkles sooooo nice in the sun but I wouldn't know what sun is these days lol, and the nickel finish on those wheels really compliment the SGM!!!

Thanks! I bought it used, but did some research - these rims were/are a standalone option on the GT. 19" painted aluminum with 245/45/19 tires.

When I showed up at the dealer to see the car, my jaw dropped. The wheels on the gray paint look incredible.

Good point. I'm just not used to it, yet. All previous cars have had a balance of sound.

Hi RTR-5.0,

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying SYNC. Let me know if you have questions.

Car looks fantastic and those are definitely the wheels to get if you have a non Brembo car.

As for the sound, there should be a fader setting to adjust how much comes from the front or rear? I always have my sound set so that the majority of it comes from the rear.

This is just not true. Don't make blanket statements about things you don't know about, based on your one experience with a car that didn't have a good factory system. If you want a loud system, put together a solid front stage with component speakers (if you can, run them active, and if you can go 3-way) and amp them. Almost ALL factory systems are subpar. "Rear speakers" don't just "handle sound better."

I think OP has stock sound system, and the stock rear speakers don't really have loudness to them even if faders set all the way to back end.
