Talking First wax job, had to take new pics

Detailer-spray first, then a coat of Meguiar's Carnauba Wax, then a short drive to an empty parking lot nearby for some pictures :

Everything was awesome until I got to the last picture and saw the stuffed panda bear in the back seat. So many questions...

Lol, that's just Ted ... my faithful companion everywhere I go ...

He was my Mom's. She passed away 2 years ago. I recently moved in with my GF and we don't really have room for him in the apartment, and even if we made room, her 2 cats would probably get cat hair all over him, so I'm avoiding that by having him hang out in the Mustang

Great pics, looks fantastic!

And if Ted were in mine, I'd claim the back seat(s) are his, sorry no riders back there.

Actually, I knew the back seat was gonna be small, but really! I don't intend to EVER have anyone ride in the back of mine, especially the drivers side. I'd have to move the seat too far up to operate the clutch properly. I'm pretty serious.

Again, grats on the car, sure is a beauty

Yeah the back seats are tiny.
I can't reserve the whole back seat for Ted though ... the passenger/right side of the seat has a pink car seat in it , I almost took a pic of it today ... lol

The GF has a 5-yr old daughter and she loves going "vroom-vroom" in the Mustang

I was the same, but too many grey cars on the road, and this blue is one of a kind so had to go with it

Love the car man. The dark horse, black 5.0 and tinted markers are perfect. And Ted is cool too.

Take the first pic, blur the wheels and put some smoke coming off the back tires and it would look like your Mustang is drifting.

Ted's awesome too!

Thanks guys. I was actually highly considering Deep Impact Blue, also considered the dark red, but as luck would have it, I got in the shop (at the dealership I worked at as an Advisor) a '13 blue V6 convertible, we had a dark red V6 convertible in stock, I pulled both of them in side by side and decided I didn't really like the colors enough (I did like the blue better than the red though) .... I've always liked silver/gray best, kinda boring colors, but when this Sterling Gray Mustang showed up (our first SG 'stang), I absolutely fell in love. The metallic sparkle in it is awesome ... car was dirty from the transport and still looked clean ... lol

Thanks. I can thank these forums that I have the Recaros. I originally ordered the car with only the Track Pack and nothing else. I don't even have Sync/Sirius
Then got on here and couple other forums, and everybody highly recommended getting the Recaros. At my cost of $1420, I couldn't pass them up and am glad I didn't

Me too on the Recaro's. And I didn't have an opportunity to test drive one with them - or the track pack for that matter. Ordered both in large part due to the overwhelming feedback of others here.

Both were good choices to get, track pack kind of a no-brainer, but the Recaro's are a more personal choice, but they fit real well. I'm also pleasantly relieved that they have a somewhat porous material, I don't feel the stickiness other leather seats have.

Okay, topic drifting a bit - your ride still looks great!
