Hey all! I've been in the market for a used 2011 v6 premium, and luckily I found the jackpot.....found one with all of my preferences (for the most part), and those who have been shopping for used cars before know the rarity of that.

Found a 2011 SG Pony Package V6 Premium w/ Charcoal Black leather and the 18" polished wheels with only 15k miles on it for just under $22k (which after shopping around seems to be a great deal).

The salesman is going to hide it for me until I can get there to trade in my '07 v6 stang on Saturday (the dealership is 3 hours away).

I'll try to post pics once I get it home this weekend. Sorry for the tease, but I just had to express my excitement.

I think my first mod will be the Borla Touring AB mufflers.

ok everyone....here she is! please excuse the quality....they were taken with my iphone. the car has all of the following:

2011 V6 Premium in Sterling Grey Metallic with Pony Package, Comfort Package, Charcoal Black leather, Sirius, and Lo-Jack. Keep in mind the factory decals are coming off, as well as the dealer decal. I'm planning to paint some flat black racing stripes down the center as well.

looking for opinions. like i said earlier, i'm going to have flat black racing stripes painted down the center. should i also include pinstripes? or just go with the two stripes (i'm thinking 11 inch stripes with 1.5 gap)?

 

Congrats! I've got SG GT that looks quite similar. Are you going to remove the side stripes when you paint the over the top? Are you going to do any mods?

 

yep, actually just had the side stripes and the hood decal removed earlier today, so now she's just clean gray. the first mod i have planned is throwing on a pair of borla touring mufflers. i wanted something with a nice deep tone that you can hear at wot without being obnoxious and overbearing in the cabin, so that fits the bill for me.

after that, i want a tune to improve the shift points and decrease throttle lag on the auto tranny, and that will come either with a cai or just a k&n filter.....haven't decided which.

 

That's absolutely stunningly gorgeous. I love that color. Mine should be in next week and I can't wait to see it. Enjoy it every day.
