Some interior accents, comments?

No offence to anyone with an 09, but I think the 45th emblem is the nicest looking one Ford ever made. I thought it would look a little gaudy, but I like it there, and it fits nicely.
The sync emblem on the console had to go.
And the it think the V8 added just enough to a boring dash. Some interior accents, comments?-015.jpg

I put the 5.0 Coyote you have on the door on the aluminum dash panel, just below the dividing line. I had a tri-pony there on my V6, but can't remember where I got it (smaller than the fender badges).

Nice, the dash pannel needed something. I chose the original Ford V8 emblem for the return of the V8 302CDI, and to add a little nostalga.

Why are your headrests backwards?! And to each his own. There's way too much going on for me, and none of it seems to go. But if you like it then that's what matters

I don't like the headrests constantly poking me in the back of the head. I have a glass roof, and while sitting in traffic or a red light, i do like to look up and enjoy the view.
Ever try waring a helmet with these headrests?
If im not mistaken, the 2013 models have changed the headrests, so their more driver freindly.

Definitely not for me. Also the 45th doesn't make much sense on an 11 but I guess that's your call. You can no longer use the cupholders right? Seems silly

FYI the '12s have the new style headrests too I you're looking to pick some up.

It is your car, but I am definitely not a fan. Any thought to what might happen should a passenger be in the car during an accident? I would hate to have that sharp V8 badge embedded in my forehead when the airbags deploy

Why, is the lower airbag panel designed to fly up and hit the passenger in the face when the bag deploys?

I was thinking the same thing. I would hate to have the letter "V" poke a hole into my forehead in case of an accident

Headrest backwards is a creative idea though..

My car is a 2012 not an 11, and the headrests are identical.
The cupholders are accessible, the emblem dosen't interfer with opening the compartment. Have I ever used them?,No, I think their one of the stupidest things ever put in a car. There evolution came with the minivan, eventually making the way into Mustangs, ridculous!
Eating and drinkin while driving has been shown to cause as many accidents as texting.
The only use for that compartment is somewhere to keep my sunglasses.

The odds of that happing are about, uh, the US defecit to 1.
Actually it's zero, since I keep the airbag disabled anyway. Thanks for being concerned.

Reply to a loose Lug Nut!

Since 1990, the NHTSA has reported 227 deaths due to air bag deployment in low severity crashes. Why do you think they install a disable switch?
Maybe if you took the tint off your windsheild ( which is illegal ) you would be able to see where you were going, and not reley on the airbag to save your a** everytime you hit something.
