It's the company demonstrator and the stripes will be replaced when the car is sold.
Don't forget, you can't just pop into any old Ford dealer in the UK and buy a Mustang as they don't sell 'em. The idea here is that the sales manager drives this as a company car, so it gets out and about quite a bit. I'm sure there are many people will see it and wonder where they can buy one.......and the rocker stripes tell 'em where.
It's certainly more subtle than a large sticker on the door or something
