I got Red...so Im gonna tell you to do a different color! lol
Anything different than the standard grey/black. Im not a yellow fan, but it does give the car some color. I vote Blue!

Red for me
My car is Red so I went with Red & Black. Calipers Red and brackets are gloss black.
A friend just did his silver GT with some Blue paint that I had and it looks great.
I have seen the lime green on some newer Mercedes and it is growning on me.
I used the duplicolor caliper paint since it holds up very well. Remember to clean off the surface(I used a brass brush) and then some brake spray cleaner. If you are going to do it with calipers in place you might want to use some blue paint tape or if you have a steady hand go slow and admire the job when done.
PS: I have used a disposal foam brush for the larer areas and small detail hobby style brush for the cut in areas.
ALSO: Remember SAFETY FIRST when jacking up car.

I saw this Evo at a local cars&coffee and his theme was white and green. You can just barely see the calipers in this pic because he got one of those bad spots you get for showing up after 9 am. I wish I would have taken a better pic now but to say the least his theme and creativity got me to take a pic of a Evo. ( the only one in my phone) maybe I really love green

That's the good thing about a white car...Pretty much any color can be your accent color. Some other accents, like stripes, would make it stand out that much more, but even the calipers by themselves would still look good. Whatever you decide, be sure to post pics...
