Touch-up paint!
With 1500 miles on it, my car has its first few hood chips. Has anyone repaired with touch-up paint? How does it looks? Did you get it from Ford?
I figured it wouldn't look bad if I just applied a small bit with a toothpick.

Ford Touch up paint has a Dual Applicator. It has the Regular Brush and an Ink Pen Tip as well. Ford also offers Primer and Clear Touch up Paint if you like.
Also some aftermartket Companies offer a Felt Pen Style.

I used AutomotiveTouchup for my touch up paint, they guarantee a color match on the paint which you won't get from the dealer
