My '11 Kona Blue MCA Coupe
Here are all the "undetailed" pics as it sits at the Dealership on the rack ...
FYI ... these pics were previously posted in a thread in the general forum, but thought they should be in "by color" too.

Here are more un-detailed pics after I got it home ...
Yes there is 4 weeks of parking lot dust & dirt too as I had not washed it yet !!
Well ... site only let me up-load one more, don't see what the problem is as they are all under 1,000 kb in size.

Beautiful car! I love my Kona everyday more and more. You can really see the contrast of how this color looks in different light. Some people think it's too dull but when the sun comes out on it it's nothing short of kick ***!

Thanks guys ...
After just 210 miles I topped off the tank to begin my weekly commute tomorrow morning. With all the varried RPM engine break-in driving I've been doing with it the past 2 weekends it still got 21.97 MPG (computer ave was at 17.8 and still climbing).
I've got to try and get some better pics with some "sun" behind me so the satin black stripes and deck lid panel contrast better. I swear these stripes show more contrast on black than they do on kona and I thought it would be the other way around !!
Tried again to post some more 1600x1200 pics, but the site still does not like them ... is it possible the site only lets you post 10 pics per thread ??

Looks nice Doug. I checked my gas mileage yesterday. No highway and a lot of hills, the computer said something like 18.1 but i checked the manual way and got 20.7 m.p.g. with my automatic. This is a lot better mileage than i was expecting.

More pics after a wash. Sun's a little high in the sky, but at least it was sunny.
Site would not let me post them here, so I put them over at AFM ...
http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ml#post2091355
... of course it would only let me post two of the five, I just don't get what I'm doing wrong !!
Gas mileage ...
First 210 miles was driving all over town and surrounding county roads then one run out to a wedding reception last Saturday (55-65 MPH most the way. Varried gear useage 4th thu 6th on 55 MPH roads and spirited accelleration from most stops and I still got 21.97 MPG !!
Second 354 miles was a shortend 2 day work week ... filled up Monday and refilled last night with "35 miles to E" displayed in the cluster. Drive down I43 Tuesday morning was varied between 70-80 MPH and between 5th & 6th as was to & from my parents house Tuesday night / Wed morning. Trip home was less varried and finally put the cruise on for the 1st time at 75 MPH as I passed the Mequon exit north of Milwaukee and odo was just past 500 miles.
Anyway ... fill up last night took 13.315 Gallons (16 gal tank) and got 26.586 MPG so I could have easily made it the rest of the way home (26.3 mi) and to my local station this morning. The "miles to E" warning starts at 50 and figured there was a fudge factor, but obviously did not know how much. With my normal 400 mile weekly commute, I should have no problem hitting my goal of 370-400 miles before the "50 miles to E" warning comes on.

As far as posting pics, if you have them posted at an offsite gallery like photobucket then you don't have to do direct uploads to the site, then you can just do links or actual posts of the pics using the HTML code [img] [/img] and have the images show full size in the post. I would hope that you would reduce the size of the pics before you do that though, 640x480 is a good size for internet pics although this forum is set for automatic re-sizing of large image files.
Also, what camera are you using?
If it's the one in your phone, do yourself and all the rest of us a favor and get a dedicated camera, we would all like to see some clearer, sharper pics of your car.

Our old Camera is a HP 1.0 MP C200 which the site has no problem loading pic's from it, but quality is worse than most cell phones !! For comparison, my new and 1st phone w/camera is 2.0 MP but I've yet to use it to take pics.
On other forums where it is basically mandatory I've used PhotoBucket but never used it here because I did not NEED to.

I'm very happy with my color choices, especially since I had to guess what it was all going to look like when I ordered on Feb 18th ... the only MCA models I'd seen at that point were Silver and Red and in photos only. Come end of March, there were other color MCA's out in the media test fleets but still no Kona Blue.
Prior to ordering, I had at least seen 2010's with my exact interior and Kona Blue in person numerous times on dealer lots and had seen HID headlights but not with Kona.
First MCA (or 2011 for that matter) I saw in person was my car, and have yet to see another 2011 on the street or on a dealer lot !!
I was very anxious and wondering if I had made a HUGE mistake going so dark as my last two cars were Chrome Yellow and Competition Orange !!
The Sterling Grey wheels, black-out between the taillights, dark stainless grill, and ghost-like satin black side stripes (that most people don't even see until they get close enough) all just go so well with Kona Blue ... I'm really surprised Ford did not have this combo on the show circuit or at least in the press fleet at the end of March.
