I personally have been using Mequires wax and their products on my old mustang and now my new one. Its never let me down and always has a mirror effect after im done.

Hey Jaybertx,
actually she is a 2003 and I remember the color code came up as trublue.
I think the sonic blue was a bit lighter this one was leaning more on the dark side.
I actually was trying to get another color for my 2012, but i kept seeing all the konas and i finally told the wife, Honey, if i get any other color, i know ill regret it.
And i have to tell ya bro, since pulling the trigger and getting the Kona blue I dont have any regrets to this day

Glad to see so many people using Blackfire Wet Diamond. I've been recommending it on these forums for a while now. I found out about it from one of the top detailers on the Autopia car detailing forum. It's also highly rated on their products page.

Come on, Overboost...every time you post a pic of your car with thise RTR wheels and BOSS fascia goodies, my wallet packs up its junk and moves out for a week.
You guys sold me on the Blackfire wax. I'll pick some up this weekend.

Hey, jcodestang! Nice pics!
This is off topic... but I just wanted to say that you have superb taste in options.
We have identical Mustangs except for the gears...and I switched from 3.73s to the 3.55s at the last minute.
Very cool.

It's not Kona but Lava Red (I know I know wrong forum) But I *JUST* put a coat of Blackfire Wet Diamond on it... it's dusk here but I put her in the garage for the night and can't wait to get a picture of her in the blazing sun... I think the key to Blackfire is to make sure you spread it very thinly. If you put too much on you end up scrubbing for no good reason.

Online only most likely. Look for Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection. It's a synthetic sealant. Give your car a good wash and clay first.
