Louvers

I'm going to be ordering Louvers for my small side windows and was looking for some opinions. I have a 2011 grabber blue mustang and can't decided if I should get them in g/b or go with black? I'm kinda leaning towards black if anyone has pick of both please post so I can decide

Never have seen black before. While I understand the look you're going for, I would reconsider. By painting them blue, the quarter window blends well with the sail panel. The '10/'11 Mustang borrows heavily from the '69/'70 styling. Using the body color panel evokes the swept look of '69/'70.

I would reconsider doing them at all. I had louvers on my 2006 (before I got my 07) and while they looked awesome they were a hindrance for driving. The blind spot between the quarter window and front side windows is made more dangerous when you can't fully see out of the rear quarter panel at all. Its not a problem when your making a right or turning when in a straight line but any left hand turns from an angle will make it hard to see oncoming traffic. Just some food for thought, as it was not something I even considered until after I was struggling with it.

I've got quarter window louvers with slats, and they're no hindrance to driving. They look great, and you can see through the slats.

If you were to get the blanking plates, that would be a different story. They'd significantly increase the blind spot, but the car would look awesome, especially if you got black rear window louvers!

The SHR louvers are fantastic and still allow you to see through them. I can't speak for the ones godspunk is using I had the Roush 05+ louvers and they were almost impossible to see out of.
