2013 Matte Striped GT

Heres mine

Did the stripes myself to save the $400 dollars they wanted to install, are they perfect? NO! But for saving $400 bucks its good enough for me.
I have painted my hood vents since.

I like the Silver and black. After Coming from a black Challenger I knew I wanted a relatively low maintenance color and Ingot is what I found the best deal on. Had I ordered it would have been a much tougher color decision.

I did a quick photoshop and Im also kinda digging the Red/Silver combo. Might change, might not. We'll see.

I actually had a GT500 with the flat black stripes and removed them and put the red stripes. Looked soooo much better. GO WITH RED

Dealer installed black stripes after I told them NOT to install them:

Stripes I bought (Car was an SVTPP stripe delete car and I wanted the correct stripes on the car):

10" matte black kit from AmericanMuscle. Install is not bad, watched some videos and I just dove in. I will say be prepared for an all day affair. Also American muscle has the stripes together on a single sheet, but I found it easier to cut them separate and apply one side at a time against 1.5" painters tape I ran down the center of the car.

The Red is just a quick photoshop to see how it looked.

My problem is I like both. If I could change every other week I would. The red is a little more flashy and in your face, and the black is more subtle and looks wicked at night. Next mods are a CDC upper grille/roush lower grille delete, after those I'll revisit the stripe color situation

Jk. Looks good. I was also thinking of doing the red to be different but ultimately stuck with the matte black. Looks good. I did mine as we'll to saves ole coin. I figure for the $400 they charge for install, I could mess up 3 times ands till come out ahead.

Hello, I'm a newbie. I have a 2013 GT premium. Both stripes look great. I have always loved silver and black but that red really does pop. Don't see many with red stripes. I kinda want to put something on it but I like it plain silver too.

Look on EBay for a dealer Promotorstripes. They offer every possible configuration of stripes in a dozen colors at the best prices. I've been trying to decide which color / style for awhile now...
