Question STEERING WHEEL NOT TURNING

I just drove my 2011 Mustang GT into a deep water puddle unfortunately it is a costly lesson not to drive when it's raining however am lucky that my engine survived, the only issue now is the steering wheel since its electric it's very hard turn it when driving on low speed very hard to make a U-turn, at high speed its a little bit better, and both of the traction lights off cannot turn it on even when pressing the traction button

If the steering wheel wasn't difficult to turn prior to driving your Mustang into the deep puddle? Being that your power steering mechanism is electric, it's more than likely you encountered an electrical shortage issue which is directly related from exposure to the deep puddle you drove your car into.. Therefore, I would highly recommend taking your car in for servicing to have your electrical system properly diagnosed... Meanwhile, welcome aboard!

May Dry Out! Give it a Day Before Giving Up!

Also Get a Good Look at Entire Rack & See if Any Physical Damage from Likely Hitting Pothole Hidden By Puddle!

You might also want to consider connecting a hand-held scanner to your vehicle's OBDII port to scan for trouble codes, as doing so will provide any potential related electrical issues... If you don't have access to a hand-held scanning device? You can always drive up to any Auto-Zone, Pep Boys or Advance Auto that will allow you to connect one of their hand-held scanning tools at no charge...
