Thanks all. I wanted the plain blackout panel as well but CDC stop producing them. Had it on back order from livernous for months and finally said forget it. Anything with the rear badge was not an option either. I do own an actual Saleen. (2000 S281) thought this one could be baby brother
I like it a lot except for the Saleen across the back.. American Muscle is still showing plain CDC ones in stock without the lettering. They are on sale too!

I would also add the black taillamp trim like the ones I have which will look wicked in black and give the taillamp sections more separation in daylight.

Thanks everyone. Glad to see the panel now in stock. I may swap it after a while. However, The saleen lettering is really only obvious in a bright day like the photos. It's been in the 100's here! The overhang of the GT500 spolier also casts a shadow over the panel and makes is even harder to see on some days.
My gripe was the factory pin stripe. My family loves it but I never did. What aftermarket exhaust is everyone running?

That is not a factory pinstripe. This is the dealership throwing crumbs to a local vendor that put stripes on cars for a living. Pinstripes really have no place on modern cars. They went out with the 1970's. If they are vinyl they should peel right off after letting them sit in the sun.

Secondly, our CDC Deck Lid Trim Panel is only temporarily unavailable. We haven't stopped producing them! Watchdevil is right, American Muscle should still have our Trim Panel in stock if you're looking to make the switch from the Saleen one. Regardless, I love the look of your 'Stang!
