I've sold my black 2008 GT back in October and I've ordered a black 2013 GT from our local Ford Dealer. The car took 5 months between order, build, shipping, etc and I took delivery last Saturday.

I'm happy with the car. The exterior looks nice and sharp. The interior is greatly improved over the 2008 GT. I can feel the torque of the 5.0 in any gear at any RPM.

I have the following parts in hand and hope to install soon:

I’m still planning to get Koni Yellows shocks/struts (especially at these discounted prices going on right now) if cash allows this month. I’m also getting some wheels later on this year; either the 2010 GT500 19X9.5 or the RTR 19X9.5. When power mods start, Paxton 2200 is the way to go.

I guess it's a good price as well.

I've seen Ford invoice and it was showing $35,800. Add around $2,000 for ocean shipping and insurance. Add 6% ($2,268) for customs and local tax. The total will be $40,068. I guess the balance is just the dealer markup.

The dealer has also given me 4 free service coupons and a window tint discount coupon with the car as well!

No, the dealer has discounted rates with outside tint shops. By having the coupon from the dealer, I'm entitled for this discount at the shop. I'm doing it next week.

Thanks. I think yeah, My friend has the black 2013 GT with Kenne Bell supercharger and I saw another one in black GT.

For some reason, Ford hasn't put the upper fog lights in the export order guide. I prefer the lower fog lights. I'm also replacing the upper and lower grilles with Roush ones soon.
