From these shots the black looks really good on this car as the plastic seems to blend. Any rear shots of it?

definitely need rear pictures before I proclaim judgement... but so far, that's the best color for the '10, bar none.

Looks good. Although I'm not sure the associated psychosis of keeping it clean is worth it.

Worth every painstaking minute (or hour) of washing/drying/polishing. Black rocks and it's certainly the best colour for the 2010

I might be slightly biased though

I have a hard enough time as it is. And I'm just talking about a friggin' daily driver Escape. Who cares, right? Still, I try to keep it as flawless as possible. By the time I'm done washing, drying, polishing and putting the rags away, it's already in need of the California Duster. I can't imagine how many more gray hairs I'd have if I had a black vehicle that actually needed to look good.

A weekend cruiser, maybe. But as far as daily drivers go, I'll never own black again.

Black is Beautiful, and so is My Moonlight Blue T-Bird, but 15 minutes after washing it, it's dusty again. I'm picky when it comes to my car and Keeping a dark color clean is just a major P.I.T.A. I will NEVER own another Black, or Dark colored car again. Besides the Heat they Draw here in Sunny Florida will Cook You in the Summer. It's Light Colors for me from now on. White, or a Silver, or a color like Windveil Blue.

Black may show dust easier, but lighter colors show stains easier. All colors have there pro and cons, it's more a matter of which cons you want to deal with...

I love the black look of the 2010 (and my 2006)!!!

I love black. It's perfect for the '10 cause it hides everything I dont like about the design.

i've had black (cougar) and i've had white (formula) and white was so much easier if you keep up with it. it just doesnt show dust and dirt as much and as fast as black did. i now have a blue suv and my stang is yellow and the stang is so much easier to keep looking clean imo (again as long as you keep up with it, as i'm sure all you guys do)
