Rather than buy expensive side scoops, has anyone tinted their rear quarter panel windows?

I have a 35% tint on all windows, except the windshield of course. Many places can do a tint (unless you know how I suggest you pay to get it done so its done right). I only did 35% because thats the legal limit in MA.

I tinted the windows and louvered them.

 

All of mine are tinted in 35% as well. I look through my 1/4 windows a lot so can't 'louver' them. Don't have any good pics of just them.

 

I've got 15% on mine. Looks great. The key is finding a good tint shop that can properly do the dot matrix surround on the glass.

I did 5% on mine. Rear quarter windows only. I like it. I got a pre-cut kit from Florida Custom Tinting. did it myself. Pretty easy if you're careful about it.

How much did you guys paid for tinting?? I'm gonna get mine after i get my car out from the dealer.. (been there for 6 days...)

I got the quote from the shop for $100 on Mustang....

side windows are easy. Pick some tint up from the local parts store and do it yourself.

 

I got 35% on everything except the windshield and it cost me $106.00

I got top of the line tint all around 350.00

 

wow... 350.00..? so what's the difference between just regular and top of the line tint...?

 

I got LLumar Formula One Pinnacle. Google it and check it out. I will say in the California sun my interior stays nice even when it's sitting in the sun for 8 hours
