No, the text is just random. I paid for the specialized design/color several years ago to put on my Sterling Gray Fusion Sport because i thought they looked good on that car. I hated the 'busy, multicolored' plates Texas was using then. The site you order them from will generate the text/numbers if you are not having them personalized.
Like most states you can transfer plates to a new car so I did. It didn't hit me until after I put them on the Mustang that folks might think I am trying to pass it off as a GT. LOL
I thought about changing them but I paid for like five years in advance. When they expire I'll do something different. Meanwhile I may put some of those '3.7' badges on to counteract the plates on the 'poser' scale!

Nice Mustang. I'm also a fan of black. I live in Katy but drive into Houston for work each day. You'll know me if you see me as my plate is the same as my username.

Well, appearance mods only for the time being. I have headlight splitters coming. I added matte black hash stripes which I may replace with red ones.
I've had it tinted and added tint to all the exterior lights except the headlights and fog lights. Installed LEDs inside and in trunk/rear plate lights. I have a set of hood lift struts coming as well.
Performance mods may be somewhere down the road.
