I guess they couldn't wait for Carl to finish his back flip, but if it was jeffy or jimmy they would have been out on the track in his face!

None of current Roush drivers will be as popular as Junior, Gordon and Johnson.

Kenseth was gonna finish 2nd today, but that a$$hole Gordon had to crash into him.

 

100% Gordo's fault, too. Was rare justice to see it do more damage to him than the guy he was hip-checking. If only that would happen to Johnson more often....

I wanted them to talk more about Kvapil!! The dude doesn't start great, and then drives an un-sponsored car into an 8th-place finish! Not so long ago that would have been the story of the day, now they'd rather talk about how sad it is Johnson's not a factor.

 

It's sad that Yates doesn't have a sponsor.

I read somewhere that K&N and freecreditreport.com are gonna be Kvapil's sponsors.

 

The K & N was on the Daytona Car wasn't it? I heard several times Larry McReynolds comment how cool the car looked like Davey Allisons 28 Bird!

 

 

Thats it!!, very cool and if Gordon wouldn't have screwed things up it could have been a Roush 1, 2, 3 finish!!

 

As was said, K&N was Daytona-only. Lovely paint job, I thought they might have stuck around for a couple more races if they'd had more TV time or if poor Travis hadn't got screwed out of a good finish. I don't think they have the scratch to do a full season, but I hope a few more top-10s from him could induce them to at least buy some more races.

FreeCreditReport.com is Gilliland's sponsor for the first 7 races, haven't heard anything about them looking to extend that based on performance. David's been pretty steady and he's well in the top-35, that should be enough to keep some money coming as long as he keeps it up.

 

What happen to Snickers? They used to be Ricky Rudd's #88 Ford sponsor last year. I know M&M left Yates to sponsor Kyle Busch and Toyota, but I have no idea what happen to Snickers.

 

yeah, and if Jr doesn't win a race all season, the big story will still be about him, Did he do the right thing baling on DEI, will he win a race? blah, blah, blah. Bout time Rousch started gettin some licks on those top dogs!

 

good work roush, the thing about snickers is that it is a mars brand, so when m&m's left for kyle, they took snickers with them.
