What cheeses me off is that NASCAR basically told Roush "Shut up and go away." I mean, even a token investigation that showed no malicious intent would have been fine. If this were Rick Hendrick would they have blown him off?

If that happened to Hendricks and Roush did what Waltrip did, Roush would have been fined 200,000 dollars, 200 owners points, and take back Robbie Gorden as a penalty ! ( Just kidding ---Nascar isn't that cruel ---- the money and the points is sufficient. )
