Which racing series to watch?
I am wondering if you all could help me. I want to get into following racing but I am not really a huge NASCAR fan. I really like the racing that is on a road course and the cars are mostly stock. Is the trans am series like that? If so where can you watch the races?

Mostly stock? Tough to get.
Probably the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. Those are 'mostly stock' cars on the track under IMSA rules.
Carried on Fox Sports 1. And there's a race this week. Sponsored by Microsoft, who is most proud to bring you the Microsoft Visual Stuido 150!
Of course, if you don't get Fox Sports 1, or any of the Fox Sports Channels, call your local television programming provider and demand it! [/corporateshillimitator][/buyourstuffwebegyou]

Pirelli World Challenge is another series to watch, http://www.world-challenge.com/index...rs&view=events . . . As is the Aussie V8 Supercars, http://www.v8supercars.com.au, which is carried (tape delayed) on CBS Sports Network.
There is also the Blancpain GT series, but it had a spotty tv schedule. http://www.blancpain-gt-series.com
