bob glidden is trying to get into the indy show this weekend ,, and he`s in a ford

 

they said today from indy that justin humphries would debut a new mustang at charolette in two weeks .. supposedly with roush/yates power .. sadly none of the stangs made the indy line up .. but the crowd went wild every time bob glidden made a pass in jim cunninghams stang

BTW-I never get to see the races, much less know the names of the racers that run the cobra jets in NHRA. I would like to see those cars, so do you have any names I can look up?

Here's a link to his most recent thread. He's a friend of ours from Monterrey that always goes to Car Week and the other shows they have in the area. Sees a lot of rare and just plain cool cars and gets pics for us to drool over.

 

i see john force / robert hight /and bob tasca are claiming ford engines in their funny cars .. is anything actually ford except the funding

 

Seems like we covered that somewhere before about the new Boss 500 engine. That Zippy's win last year at Pamona was with Ford's new engine.

Loved watching the Pro Mods just now from last weeks US Nats. Liked seeing the Pontiacs beatin the Camaro. But Personett's turbo comes from behind like a jet FTW!

 

that was an awesome blast .. slow out of the hole but blows by them on top end like thier motor died .... larry morgan is currently 4th in texas
