The mighty Miata is just about done, and should be ready to rock at the dual national at Nelson Ledges this weekend. If all goes well there, it's on to Mid-O next week.

We had a great debut at Nelson. The car was better than the RX-3 out of the box, and as we got it dialed in, it got faster in every session. We came into the weekend hoping to make it past halfway in both races, and ended up with two 2nd place finishes. We were still a couple seconds off Mike Cyphert's times, but Nelson is his home track. Next week we go to our home track, so things might get interesting. The only thing that really sucks is that the other guy in our class, Paul Young, had a pretty big off in the 2nd race, and with only 3 days to turn around, he won't make it to Mid-O.
