if this keeps up Fords might start getting sponsors again. NASCAR clearly has to do something to stop this.

I was watching parts of the Nationwide race last weekend and I was really surprised to see two Roush Fords (#6 Ricky Stenhouse Jr and #17 Trevor Bayne) with no sponsors. And I know last year both Stenhouse and #16 Colin Braun drove bunch of races with no sponsors.

I'm really astounded. Sure, NASCAR's been doing a great job of keeping Ford uncompetitive, but the Toyotas have rarely ever been competitive and sponsors love 'em to death. Even if noone could foresee the new engine coming out this strong in 2011, with the feel-good story of FoMoCo's resurgence how the hell are sponsors not beating down the Ford teams' doors? How does Roush struggle for sponsors?

Yeah, it's pretty stupid. Drivers with no top 10 in their career have sponsors, but Daytona 500 winner doesn't?
