That's probably for telemetry. Unlike ricer stuff, this is actually functional. At least it's not a CB antenna.

Correct, S2000 is a FIA official name of the WRC class.

There are other cars with S2000 name.

I like that Fiat. If they sell it here, shudder to think what will happen to it when/if it's re-badged as a Dodge.
