Mr. Ford will be speaking about the entire Ford Racing program and maybe some future hints as to where Ford will be going!!
Wonder if he will say anything about the GT and '05 Mustang racing futures!
Not much REAL information regarding the GT and Mustang. Mr. Ford stated Ford may evaluate the GT in Le Mans racing, but said we should see something with the Mustang to continue its heritage.
I wish there was more substantiative information and not just corporate blah, blah, blah . . .
Now on to NASCAR . . .
Gary Nelson showed the "Car of Tomorrow" to be on the track by late 2005 or 2006. (They are staying with Carbs, same springs, tranmissions, etc.) Looks like the only cars is structural. Looks like the same darn cars we see on the Track today. NASCAR is basically developing their own cars, but Gary Nelson says the Manufacturers still have involvement. (I don't see it! )
