Its not cheating unless they catch you.

Its also not Edwards' fault that Menards spun his tires and they made contact at the restart, so there was no cheating on Edwards' part.

Edwards went across the line before the leader and they let him get away with it and gave him the win. A couple weeks ago when Johnson had no choice but to go across the line before the leader (because Montoya didn't take off), he got black flagged.

True, but Montoya's and Johnson's cars did not make contact; Edwards' and Menards' cars did.

Until NASCAR puts restarts back in the hands of the flagstand, issues like Saturday night will continue to happen.

If they really wanted to know who was where on restarts, the restart zone lines would be painted across the track instead of just being hash marks on the wall. It seems to me that they don't want to have to make the tough call if someone jumps by a few inches.
