Nice. I'd love to see him win something this week or next... the shootout would be cool. But.... so would the 500. He always has a chance at Daytona.

 

It's great seeing an icon run with the new boys and still hold pace... Would be better to see him in Victory lane.

I enjoy Nascar... was a strong supporter of the track in Staten Island, which never happened, But I have to say, these COTs and the sport in general are getting away from the roots of NASCAR. I much more enjoy watching the races of the early days... Anyone remember the show Dale Jr. used to host on Speed, showing the races from the 60's and 70's? Those were some great races.

 

I just finished reading Elliott's biography (which he wrote).

What a great guy. And he truly love Fords.
